WGFC has been awarded "FA Charter Standard Club" status and strictly adheres to the "FA Respect program".  We aim to create a friendly environment for girls from year 3 and 4 up to age 17 who want to play and develop their football skills. The main objective is for girls to enjoy their football, although we do also encourage healthy competition. Anyone wishing to join is more than welcome to come along and try it out - just turn up on Saturday morning and chat to the coach for your age group.

What we do...

We hold training sessions on Saturday mornings. Girls arrive at 9.15am, giving time for registration before the session which runs from 9.30am to 11am.

There is an annual subscription to cover costs, tournaments or match fees. Our facilities include mini goals, footballs, bibs, training aids and a first aid kit.

The official club kit comprises of a light blue top, navy shorts and light blue socks.

We currently have 4 qualified coaches at FA Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football and all our coaches have achieved their Emergency Aid Certificate. Additionally all Coaches are police checked for their suitability for working with young people and you can click here to find our Child Protection and Equity Policies.

The club is affiliated to the Berks & Bucks Football Association.
